Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-18

Site operator (data controller, where one applies): Triple-T (a pen name). Contact: Email: thong.thong.thong007th@gmail.com

What never leaves your device

The text, files, pictures, passwords, tokens and numbers you enter into a tool are processed in your browser. We have no server that receives them and no user accounts.

What is stored in your browser

The site may save settings you choose (such as display options, a queue of tracks or the time of your last feedback) in your browser's localStorage. It stays on your device and you can erase it by clearing site data. The site sets no cookies of its own.

What the host sees

When you open a page, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles the request as normal, which involves your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to serve the site and stop attacks, under that provider's own policy.

Visitor statistics

The site does not use any analytics tool yet.

Feedback you send

When you press send, your message, rating, the page, and your contact detail (if you gave one) go through a form service (api.web3forms.com) to the operator. We use them only to improve the site and to reply, and delete them when no longer needed or when you ask.

Feedback is kept in the operator's email and in that form service. A contact detail you give for a reply is deleted once you have been answered, and within 3 months of sending at the latest. The message text itself is kept for as long as it is useful for improving the site, and if you ask, we delete it or remove any personal data mixed into it.

The recipients are the operator, the form service (api.web3forms.com) and the operator's email provider. These providers may process data outside Thailand; each has its own privacy policy.

Sending feedback is optional. If you do not, you can still use everything on the site, and you should not put other people's personal data or sensitive data in a message.

Advertising

The site shows no ads at present. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent asked for before any advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may ask to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. For this site that means only the messages you send through the feedback form. Use the contact channel above. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee as the law provides.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page is edited and the date above updated.
