Everyday Tools: Random Name Wheel, Timer and Stopwatch, Meeting Time Across Time Zones
Choose a tab below. Each tool also has its own page. The names and times you enter are not sent anywhere.
Random Name Picker Wheel, Team Splitter, Dice Roller, Coin Flip and Random Number
Type one name per line (commas work too) and press spin. The winner is chosen first with the system's random generator and the wheel is then turned to land on it, so spin speed has no effect on fairness. With reduced-motion settings the result appears at once.

Countdown Timer, Stopwatch with Laps and Pomodoro Timer with Alarm
Time is measured against a stored end time, not by counting seconds, so a browser that slows a background tab cannot make it drift. For the alarm to sound, keep this page open in a tab; some browsers limit sound from tabs you are not looking at.

Meeting Time Planner Across Time Zones: Same Moment in Many Cities and When Everyone Is at Work
Pick the date, time and your own zone, then add the cities of the people joining. The table shows everyone's local time and the strip shows the 24 hours of that day in your zone: dark cells are hours when everyone is within working hours (you can change them) and light cells when only some are.

FAQ
Is the wheel fair?
Yes. The result is drawn with crypto.getRandomValues before the wheel moves, every entry has the same chance (values that would bias it are discarded), and the animation just carries the wheel to that result.
What if I enter the same name twice?
Each line is one slice, so a name entered twice has twice the chance.
Are teams always even?
Team sizes differ by at most one person, and who gets the extra place is random.
What is Pomodoro?
Work in bursts: 25 minutes of focus, a 5 minute break, and a longer 15 minute break after 4 rounds. You can change the numbers in this mode.
Why is there no sound when I am on another tab?
Some browsers limit sound from tabs you cannot see, and need you to have pressed a button on this page at least once. The tab title shows the time left and says "Time is up!" at the end.
How accurate is it?
It reads the device clock instead of counting seconds, so the error is at most the fifth of a second between screen updates.
Why does a city's time change with the date?
Many countries, such as the US, Europe and Australia, change their clocks for daylight saving at certain times of year. The tool uses the browser's IANA time-zone database, so it is right for the date you choose. Thailand has no daylight saving and is UTC+7 all year.
What does (+1 day) mean?
That moment falls on the next day in that city compared with the date in your zone: 22:00 in Bangkok is the same morning in London, but already past midnight (+1 day) in Tokyo.
