Meeting Time Planner Across Time Zones: Same Moment in Many Cities and When Everyone Is at Work

Pick the date, time and your own zone, then add the cities of the people joining. The table shows everyone's local time and the strip shows the 24 hours of that day in your zone: dark cells are hours when everyone is within working hours (you can change them) and light cells when only some are.

FAQ

Why does a city's time change with the date?

Many countries, such as the US, Europe and Australia, change their clocks for daylight saving at certain times of year. The tool uses the browser's IANA time-zone database, so it is right for the date you choose. Thailand has no daylight saving and is UTC+7 all year.

What does (+1 day) mean?

That moment falls on the next day in that city compared with the date in your zone: 22:00 in Bangkok is the same morning in London, but already past midnight (+1 day) in Tokyo.
