Plan Meetings Across Time Zones: See When Everyone Is at Work, with Daylight Saving Handled

Scheduling with people in several countries often goes wrong because of daylight saving: one country changes its clocks and another does not, so the offset is not constant through the year.

How to use it

  1. Pick the date, time and your own zone.
  2. Add the cities of the people joining.
  3. Read the table of each local time.
  4. Look at the 24-hour strip.

Reading the strip

Dark cells are hours when everyone is within working hours and light cells are hours when only some are. You can change what counts as working hours.

Zones supported

Every IANA time zone is supported, and daylight saving is applied for the date you choose.
